Arnie has always talked about the cranberry/oatmeal/coconut cookies that the Staybridge Inn in Plainfield keeps out for guests, so we looked up a recipe for them on the internet. He and Skeet had to make a trash run to town anyway, so they stopped by Save-a-lot to get the coconut and cranberries. When they got home, Betsy joined in and they made a batch. They were good enough that they did not last 24 hours.
