Kelley cooked a whale of a feast for the two grandmas and us today. Grandma Howes and Grandma Johnson came over around noon for the 1pm meal. (That means Arnie was the only guy here!)
The feast included turkey, rolls, and cranberries from the store; and from the garden: pickled okra, carrots, sweet potato pie, green beans, butternut squash stuffing, peach jelly. The day was cold and wet outside, so it was a wonderful day to hang out inside, eat good food, and then loaf (mostly on the couch). The Cowboys and Packers won their football games...
