Betsy spent the morning picking persimmons, cleaning up the "T-P'ing" mess in the yard, petting Lady (the horse), processing venison, freezing sweet potatoes, reading a book, and painting an "eggs for sale" sign. (We don't get much traffic out here, but maybe we'll pick up a regular or two so that we can pay for some chicken feed.)
She then drove the four wheeler around "the block" yesterday with Arnie riding shotgun. She said it was cold, which was an unexpected announcement since Arnie had told her she should wear a jacket. We would not have expected that admission for anything short of diagnosed frostbite.
