Arnie snapped this picture out our bathroom window to the west yesterday morning as breakfast was being cooked. He always said he wished he had photos of what he saw outside his bedroom window when he was a kid (the smoke house, cistern, chestnut trees, and the woods). Out our west window, we can see the pole barn, the dog pen, the chicken/goat/duck pen, the horse pasture, the cabin, and the cabin garden. In the front of the chicken pen, you can also see the strawberry patch.
