Abbey ran against Pike Central last night and now stands 9-0 in the 800. Her time was considerably slower than usual (2:44), but she coasted for most of the race due to having a big lead. In the 3200 meter relay, she got the baton with a 60 yard deficit in the last leg and passed the girl by the second turn of the first lap. She ended up coasting to a comfortable win.
