Abbey leads the pack after one lap
The big Southridge Invitational was last night. There were 8 teams there and it was to be the first real test in the 800 for Abbey. Everyone was a little nervous for her as the track was very hard, her knee ached because of it, and someone accidentally stepped on her sore foot just minutes before the race. She wasn't challenged too much though - she jumped out to a big lead and didn't give it up.
