The cabin


We thought we'd post something other than track pictures for some variety today. Track is what's going on, but it might get mundane if that's all that gets posted. Back to track another day...
Above is a picture of our cabin in the side yard. Dad built it with 100% salvaged lumber from the old barn that the tornado took out in 2001 and a cabin that he tore down for a friend at about the same time. It is all weathered old wood and the chicken coop is attached to the back (also made of salvaged lumber). The loft is roomy and can be used for storage or sleeping quarters for vagrants & relatives in mild weather :)
It still doesn't have a door (hope to do that this year) and the inside isn't finished yet. It is a great addition to the side yard garden and will be very functional once finished.
