Saving Tomatoes

With the cool, short days, the tomatoes quit growing and were hanging there just waiting to be done in by the frost. Arnie and Betsy picked what was left and Kelley turned half into green tomato relish and the other half is waiting to be turned into green tomato pies. The picture above shows freshly poured jars and the one below shows the cans waiting to seal.
