Couldn't pass them up

Arnie couldn't resist buying two clearance plants at Menard's this morning. The red one is a viburnum that he bought to nestle up in the corner of the new gray garden fence. He says it will prevent him from having to mow up into the corner of the fence. He tries to landscape in a way that eliminates trimming. The taller tree/bush is a serviceberry. The berries are edible and he thought it was just the plant to anchor the new landscape bed at the corner of the driveway. Total cost for two 5 gallon plants = $12.50.
