Claustrophobia

Claustrophobia (from Latin claustrum "a shut in place" and Greek φόβος, phóbos, "fear") is the fear of having no escape, and being closed in. Arnie was almost that way this weekend as he spent about 10 hours on his back putting 2" styrofoam up against the subfloor of our new workshop. You can see how little space there is in the picture, but he even spent some time up in the next level, which is right behind his head. Up in there, there was 9 inches of space between the concrete and the bottom of the joists and another 7 1/2 inches above that, but only between the joists. We will very much appreciate the warmth in the workshop this winter.

Nephew Russell Edrington helped for a few hours after hunting in the morning on Saturday.
