Kelley painted the rails on the fence today, getting ready to put the pickets on. Our goal was to have the fence completely done over to the arbor (that's not built yet) by winter. The fence will eventually go from the cabin/patio (the patio isn't built yet, either) around the garden, to the far end of the raised beds, and then back to the goat/chicken pen.
Inside the garden fence will be the English garden, the small veggie garden, the raised beds, and one or two hot beds (not built yet). As you can tell, there are still several unfinished/unstarted projects, but there are always unfinished projects and visions on the farm. We've resigned ourselves to the fact that we'll never be done, but we've vowed to keep working at finishing the projects that have been started.
