Green Tomato Relish

A cheesecloth full of chopped maters draining overnight
They called for frost one night last week, so all of the green tomatoes got picked. Mom and dad spent two nights in a row processing them and turning them into 27 pints of green tomato relish to be stored and also given out as presents (sorry to ruin the surprise, but since most people that got it last year called for more, we're giving it again).
There are still five gallons of chopped tomatoes available to anyone that wants to make their own. We're tired of making relish.
