Abbey arriving at the Bauerhaus
Abbey went to her first prom at the Bauerhaus last night with Heath, who she first met as an infant at the Oakland City Nazarene Church when we lived in Oakland City in the early 90s. They went to the prom in his cousin's souped-up Blazer, which he forbids to be driven in the rain. Fortunately, the rain held off and they had a great time. The school put on a nice after-prom party at the high school that lasted until 3am.
As we say around our house (jokingly), she looked nice for once.
