Mom always does a good job decorating the house for Christmas. It's usually done on the day after Thanksgiving if she has time. We don't do Black Friday, because dad is always deer hunting and mom wants to get things decorated.
Dad has never done any decorating outside - he says why do it since we live at the end of the road and nobody sees it anyway. Of course, he didn't put up any lights when we lived in the middle of town or the subdivision either. Bah humbug.
