Boscoe is settling in for the winter. His fancy dog house is outfitted with a heat lamp and a sealed door, thanks to the 2006 campaign of Richard J. Paul for County Commisioner. (Last year, he used a 2004 Vance Lloyd for Sheriff sign.)
Deer season will be over this weekend, so he will be able to run the bottoms for the first time since September. He is healthier than he has ever been - his hip is healed (was run over), his heartworm treatment is well in the past, and he has added about 20 pounds. What a handsome dog - the coons and deer won't know what hit them when he gets released.
