We love our sweet potatoes, but the deer do too. This is the first time the deer got to them since about 2004. A little buck ate off nearly all of the tops in a two day period last week. The last time it happened (by the "sweet potato doe"), there were still plenty of sweet potatoes below the ground even though things were decimated above ground. We're hoping the same is true this time.
