Betsy is fitting into her new school very well. She began attending Wood Memorial Junior High because of the failing status of Princeton schools and because Abbey has done so well after her move to WMHS. She is playing volleyball for the first time ever. She doesn't get to play much because the other girls are more experienced, but she is working very hard on her own to improve. After her first week at the school, she said, "I've made more friends in one week than I ever had at Princeton!"
