We're expecting!

With the recent deaths of two of our black hens, we're thinking that we might need to get a handful of replacement chicks. Fortunately, one of the white hens decided to get broody. The bad thing is that the other hens are getting into the nest with her and are continuing to lay eggs in the nest. She is sitting on quite a pile of eggs (30) and we joke that soon her head will be pushed up against the ceiling of the nest. There is no way all of the eggs will hatch, but we're hoping 5-10 do.
