Long beans


One of the varieties of heirloom seeds we planted this year is a winner. Only four seeds in the pack sprouted, but we're getting a ton of very long tasty beans off of them. We'll have plenty of seeds saved from them for next year as well as getting in some fine dining this year. Mom cuts the nearly two foot long Chinese Red Noodle Beans into many pieces and treats them like any other bean.
