Bleeding Hearts made their appearance this week
With the wet, but warming ground conditions, many more of the perennials around the farm are appearing every day. Dad split the two rhubarb plants into about six or seven plants and moved them to a raised bed. The old raised beds are going to be turned into perennial veggie beds. We put transplanted asparagus into a middle bed temporarily last year because we didn't know where their final growing place would be. We may move them to a back bed, or since they get so big, we may move them to the far west side of the garden to get them out of the way.
