Peach Chutney

Peach chutney

With so many peaches, we decided to experiment with several recipes. We made three kinds of jam (with pectin, without pectin, and melba jam with raspberries). We also made peach chutney, which will be tasty on meat dishes. Altogether, we canned about three and a half gallons of goodies.
