Blackberry briars line the fence row to the east of the pond dam. We'll need to clear a section of them out for next year's sledding fun (that will also add another 50 yards to the run). What the teens didn't tell Arnie before he took his turn down the hill is that you pick up so much speed that you have to put the brakes on long before the fence row. Arnie dragged his feet, but not in time...
