Dad and Betsy fit the new evaporating pan
Dad has his new pan and is itching to use it. The final welding should be done on the evaporator top this evening, and it's not a minute too late. He has 22 taps out already and has 35 gallons of sap waiting to be boiled. This year's season has sneaked up on us due to the warm weather.
