Dad was in Charlotte, NC this week on business. He said our favorite downtown restaurant, Uno, is closed and gutted for reconstruction. Other than his cab driver driving 50 mph down College Street in downtown Charlotte (which was even faster than the rest of the crazy cab drivers drive), the trip was uneventful. He is ready for the summer of travel to be done with - he has only one more week to go.
