Turkeys everywhere

Dad and Skeet with the 2012 fall turkey

Dad had not had much luck finding turkeys in the Hoosier National Forest in his only trip over there, but he did manage to find a flock (or two) below the house along the river. He busted up a flock roosted on Turkey Hill right before dark last night and then returned to a woods full of scattered turkeys this morning. It didn't take long to call a couple up the hill for an easy shot. It wasn't large, but his intent was to get a turkey in the pot and then move on to trying to get a big buck with his bow.
