It made for some hazardous travel conditions we're sure, but it also made for a beautiful morning outside and down in the bottoms. Dad stepped outside in his house shoes and sweat pants to take Skeet out and snapped this picture of the pond and the frozen frost.
The temperature dipped to about eleven degrees last night, so it was still pretty nippy outside. Skeet needs encouragement to go outside; she won't go out unless somebody goes out with her. She is very allergic to the cold, but that is understandable with her arthritis and short fur.
