It has been miserably cold and rainy the last three days. Everything is soggy and it even snowed hard today, although it didn't stay around long. We're not quite sure how she did it, but Casey managed to created very interesting mud patterns all over herself during the day. We were getting ready to settle in for the night when we stopped to pet her. Even though she was a cold, wet, muddy miserable mess. And then she raced to her lair under the porch for the night, where she is out of the wind and the rain and the snow and the mud.
