Clabber Girl and the Hulmans

Mom and dad left on an overnight exploration trip northward to celebrate dad's birthday yesterday. They intended to stay in Terre Haute, but the hotel had given away their room. They simply re-booked a room in Mattoon, Illinois since they wanted to spend some time today exploring Amish country near Arcola.
Before leaving to go to Mattoon however, they toured the Clabber Girl Museum on Wabash Street. It was surprisingly interesting with many displays and old pictures. There was also an old Indy Car and a lot of history of the Hulman family, who owned the Indy 500 track and built the building to house their very large business (which included Clabber Girl).
