Mom picked the beets this morning. We had a row of them about fifteen feet long by five beets wide and it yielded 23 pints of pickled beets - one of mom's favorite garden products. That's probably enough for us for the year at our current rate of consumption, but we like them enough that we could double that amount and be just fine.
